What you should know

What does a typical project cost?
It depends on scope. A first workflow usually starts in the low four-figure range, complete agent solutions with integration across multiple systems in the five-figure range. The initial consultation and first audit are always free — you get a concrete assessment before committing to anything.
Who owns the code you build?
You do — fully. We deliver the source code, document it, and hand it over. You're not dependent on us. Even if you go your own way in five years, what we built together belongs to you.
What about data protection and GDPR?
Wherever possible, we use EU-hosted or self-hosted solutions (self-hosted n8n, local LLMs, EU regions for OpenAI/Anthropic). For cloud services we only work with DPA-compliant partners. You receive a clear data protection audit as part of the concept phase.
We already use Make / Zapier / internal tools — can you build on top?
Yes, almost always. We don't start from zero — we audit what's there and extend where needed. Sometimes extending an existing workflow is the right call, sometimes a rebuild is more efficient. We recommend honestly what makes economic sense.
How long does a typical project take?
First workflows often go live within 2–3 weeks. More complex custom AI agent projects 6–12 weeks. We work in 2-week sprints with clear milestones — you see continuous progress.
What happens if there's an issue after go-live?
We stay engaged. Optionally we offer SLAs with defined response times. Standard: bugs in the delivered workflow are fixed for free within the first 30 days, after that at hourly rate. You're never left alone.
Do we have to share internal data to build a RAG solution?
Not necessarily. We can work entirely on-prem or in your own cloud. Local LLMs (via Ollama or vLLM) are a valid option for sensitive data — we advise you what fits your risk profile.
How qualified are you — can I see references?
Prozilla is currently in an early phase. Instead of glossy case studies, we'd rather show how we think: in the first consultation we break down one of your processes in real-time and sketch a solution. Then you decide if the quality fits.
